Diagnosis and Prevention of Burnout in Teaching Physicians

The paper highlights the problem of professional burnout in higher education institutions, which is especially aggravated context distance learning and quarantine restrictions. Because syndrome occurs response to constant emotional stress. However, this process can be influenced. purpose study was determine level burnout, factors conditions that affect its occurrence develop recommendations for prevention. To diagnose a survey conducted using adapted methodology by V.V. Boyko. Three phases were considered: “tension”, “resistance”, “exhaustion”, 12 symptoms identified. Analysing results teachers Bukovinian State Medical University phase «tension», dominant symptom «experiencing psycho-traumatic circumstances”; “resistance” – “reduction responsibilities”; “exhaustion” phase, “personal detachment” prevailed. According results, majority employees educational institution are 54%. gender characteristics, women more likely experience burnout. At age 20-25, susceptible due their ambitions. Depending on length service, with less than 5 years have predominant “tension” phase; among 5-10 20 experience, prevails. And an phase. With mind, prevention been developed.
